I hosted an October’Fit 30 Day Squat Challenge with a DIFFERENT SQUAT each day on Facebook with just a tad over 300 people. What a fun challenge. My instructional videos were helpful for everyone and I had fun making them.
I give you modifications and suggestions so you do the movements right and won’t get hurt. I even give you REST DAYS.
