10 minutes is better than NO minutes so pick a muscle group and do something. Biceps curls, abs, squats, push ups, old fashion Jane Fonda leg work, whatever….TRY to commit just 10 minutes a day for YOU if you experience any of the above.AT THE END OF THE WEEK….you’ve done 50 minutes of something vs NO minutes of NOTHING.it’s a start… xo Suanne
